LiL' Tigers & Juniors
Tae Kwon Do (Ages 4-15yrs)
Our LiL' Tigers TKD program teaches
our Future Leaders of 4-6yr olds not only the High Speed Kicking, Balance and High Precision Techniques of Korean TaeKwonDo.
These young students also focus heavily
on developing good Self Control, Discipline, Focus, Increased Attention Span and Listening Skills in addition to having fun
in class.
Our LiL' Tigers are required to bring
in their Report Cards or Progress Reports according to their age/school level and they are rewarded for high marks/grades.
These students are also required to turn in
"Intent to Promote" forms for each rank advancement
test stating they have respectful manners and are well behaved both at home and in school as well as maintaining a "B" Average
in their academic studies in order to
promote in rank.
Additionally
Our 7-12yr Junior Students are also required to bring in their Report Cards from academic school and are rewarded
for high grades and bahavior remarks.
Budoiki Ryu Bujutsu
(16yrs & Up)
We have often been asked what Budoiki Ryu means?
The literal translation is "School of the Warrior Spirit".
This Martial Arts program is more than just a physical conditioning and self
defense program. Our students learn to adapt to any situation, to utilize their environment and most importantly; how to apply
the martial spirit and a balanced mindframe to their everyday life.
Our students will learn the traditional forms and high speed kicking of
Korean Tae Kwon Do; the incredible strength and counter strike techniques of Muay Thai along with the throws, ground
fighting and joint locks of Japanese Jujutsu. The physical skills are in addition to the Mental skills to overcome any
adversity.
Our Teen & Adult students receive dual rank certifications
in both
Budoiki Ryu Bujutsu and WTF Tae Kwon Do
CIT
(Certified Instructor Training)
Our C.I.T. Program is for the student who is excited and enthusiastic about martial arts,
possesses a strong work ethic, positive outlook and a never say die attitude. This student wants to be at the school often
to learn the "in's and out's" of being an instructor and running a school.
C.I.T. Members are like the special forces of the military, receiving training above and
beyond the normal student. C.I.T. members will receive advanced individual, weapon's, teaching, and school management
training.
This is the perfect program for the student looking to gain true insight into the inner
workings of a martial arts school and who are considering a future career in teaching Martial Arts.
Students must be 16 years or older to qualify for our CIT program.
Junior Leadership Corps
A program that brings out the true leader inside
all of us! The leadership program builds confidence and develops leaders
not only in our classes, but in the community. This program is for students aged 7 to 15 and potential C.I.T.'s are selected
from this program.
Leadership Corps members will also learn Teaching
skills and be able to assist in teaching younger and ranked students.
Leadership Corps students wear a different
uniform to recognize their Dedication, other students will look up to them. Their training will be intense, challenging and
prepare them for any obstacle.
Dynamic Private Lesson Training
One private lesson session is the equivalent
of 3 regular martial arts classes.
It is the optimal program whether you are looking
to attain your Martial Arts goals in an intensive, challenging and fun environment or to get into the best conditioning
of your life.
Your training will be One-on-One with one of
our Black Belt Instructors or Sensei Burt. We are One Hundred Percent dedicated to your personal goals.
Your training will consist of an Dynamic workout
that will increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Due to such workouts, your advancements will be fast paced, and
your results will improve dramatically.
The gains you from the private lesson program are
not solely physical. You will notice significant benefits from the self discipline, mental focus, clarity, and stress relieving
training incorporated into the workouts.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Burn calories, learn self defense and enjoy your life to the fullest!! The Muay Thai experience- A Kick Boxing Fitness
program designed to keep you in shape, lose weight, and tone muscles while developing freedom from fear of physical attack.
You can burn over 800 calories during your workout. At the same time, you can reshape your figure
to look like a lean, mean, rock-hard body of a fighter - without the physical contact of fighting!
Muay Thai Kickboxing develops your thighs, buttocks, hips, upper body and
abs. This is achieved by working out the small muscle groups in addition to the large muscle groups.
Additionally, you will learn self-defense techniques such as jabbing, kicking, punching, blocking, striking
combinations and body movements utilized globally for hundreds of years designed to maintain balance and fluid movement as
well as specialized meditational exercises which allow you to develop and maintain a sharp, focused stress-free mind.
Muay Thai is the oldest known
form of kickboxing and is the primary building block of all other forms of kickboxing. The Martial style of Muay Thai originated
in Thailand located in South East Asia.
Muay Thai is one of the fierciest ring fighting martial
arts in the world and the name means "Science of 8 limbs" incorporating movements and strikes from the hand, elbow, knee and
foot.

Budoiki Ryu Jujitsu
Our Jujitsu Program includes 5 Levels of
Training including 16 Nage waza (Throw Techniques), 16 Gatame waza (Lock techniques), Ground Striking, Intense Physical Conditioning
and practical application both for Real Life and for competition in the MMA Ring.
We also teach the Japanese method of Kumi
Uchi (Warrior Ground Fighting) skills. We train the techniques from standing positions and Kneeling positions.
Our Belt Certification includes 5 levels
from White to Black Belt in Budoiki Ryu Jujitsu and Belt Testings are held once every 6 Months to allow time for our students
to gain strong proficency and comprehension of the techniques and methods at each level.
Our techniques and methods taught by Sensei
Burt come from over 23 Years in Martial Arts and 12 Years experience in Jujitsu with experience both in Real Life and Competition.
